This Privacy Policy explains how Sleepytime Magic ("we", "our", or "us"), developed by Caner Karaman, collects, uses, and discloses information about you. This policy applies to your use of our mobile application. We are committed to protecting your privacy, especially that of children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13.
2.Data We Collect
We value your privacy and aim to collect the minimum amount of data necessary to provide our services.
No Personal Registration Data
We do not require users to provide their name, email address, or phone number to use the application. Users are not required to sign in with social media accounts.
Generated Avatars
Profile images are selected from pre-defined avatars within the app. We do not access your camera or photo library.
Usage Data
We may collect anonymous usage data (e.g., stories listened to, session duration) to improve the app experience.
3.Third-Party Services & Data Storage
We use trusted third-party services to operate our app. These services may process data on our behalf:
Railway & PlanetScale
Used for backend hosting and database management.
RevenueCat
Used to manage subscription purchases. RevenueCat may generate an anonymous App User ID to track subscription status. We do not share your personal identity with them.
Apple App Store & Google Play Store
All financial transactions are handled directly by these stores. We do not store or have access to your credit card information.
4.Permissions
The app requires the following permissions to function:
Internet Access
To stream stories and lullabies.
Notifications
To send optional reminders (e.g., bedtime reminders). You can disable this in your device settings at any time.
5.Kids Privacy (COPPA & GDPR-K Compliance)
Our app is designed for children and families.

Account Deletion
If you choose to delete your account/data via the settings menu, all associated local data and anonymous IDs are deleted immediately from our active databases.
