By downloading and using Sleepytime Magic ("the App"), developed by Caner Karaman, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.
2.License and Use
Personal Use Only
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App and its content (stories, audio, visuals) solely for your personal, non-commercial purposes.
Restrictions
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, broadcast, sell, or use any content from the App for commercial purposes (e.g., YouTube videos, classrooms, public performances) without our prior written consent.

The App is designed solely for entertainment and relaxation purposes.
Not a Medical Device
The App is not a medical device and does not offer medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment for sleep disorders or any other health conditions.

4.Subscriptions and Refunds
Billing
The App may offer subscription plans. All payments are processed securely through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. We do not store your payment information.
Refunds
Since all transactions are handled by the respective Store platforms, we do not have the ability to issue refunds directly. Refund requests must be submitted directly to Apple or Google in accordance with their refund policies.
Auto-Renewal
Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period in your account settings.
5.Service Availability
"As Is" Basis
The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
Interruptions
We do not guarantee that the App will be available at all times. The service may be temporarily interrupted due to maintenance, technical updates, or server errors. We are not liable for any loss or inconvenience caused by such interruptions.
6.Intellectual Property
The design, code, compilation of content, and the "Sleepytime Magic" brand are the property of Caner Karaman. Unauthorized use of these materials is prohibited.
7.Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the App after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
